Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on all swimwear and accessories for a refund or store credit, provided items are returned in new, unworn condition with all tags, hygiene liners, and original packaging intact.

To begin a return, please contact us at enquiries@thornydevilaustralia.com. Our team will provide return instructions and next steps.

Returns must be lodged within 21 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements to be approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if selected. Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to appear.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, tanning products, damage, or scent.

Refunds will be processed in Australian dollars.
